Shipping Insurance
To provide additional peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Insurance for US$3.25 at checkout. This coverage protects your order in the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit.
Shipping Insurance allows us to quickly resolve eligible issues by providing either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
What Shipping Insurance Covers
Shipping Insurance covers orders that are lost in transit.
A shipment is considered lost if the tracking status does not show delivery and the package has not arrived within:
• 30 days of the shipping date (United States)
• 45 days of the shipping date (international orders)
If this occurs, customers may choose:
• A full refund of the order value, or
• A replacement order shipped at no additional cost
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but you cannot locate the package, the following steps must be completed before a claim can be approved:

Check with household members or neighbors who may have received the package.

Check common delivery locations around the property (mailbox, porch, building office, parcel lockers).

Contact the shipping carrier to confirm the GPS delivery scan and delivery location.
In many cases, packages marked as delivered are located shortly after the delivery scan.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but you cannot locate the package, please first:
• Check with household members, neighbors, or building reception.
• Check common delivery locations around your property.
• Contact the shipping carrier to confirm the delivery scan and location details.
Many packages marked as delivered are located shortly after the delivery scan.
Claims for Delivered but Missing Packages
If the package cannot be located, you may contact our support team to request assistance.
Because the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery, these situations are typically considered post-delivery issues rather than lost shipments. As such, they are not automatically covered under Shipping Insurance.
At our discretion, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
• A partial refund of the product value
• A refund of up to 50% of the product value
• No refund, depending on the circumstances of the delivery confirmation
Please note:
• Shipping costs are not refundable in these situations.
• Each claim is reviewed individually based on the carrier tracking data and delivery confirmation.
Our goal is to be fair while also protecting against fraudulent claims.
Shipping Insurance Does Not Cover
Shipping Insurance does not apply in the following situations:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Orders returned due to refusal or failure to collect
• Customs delays, duties, or import restrictions
• Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier where no investigation is possible
Orders Without Shipping Insurance
Orders placed without Shipping Insurance are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to lost or missing shipments.
However, our support team will always do our best to assist customers in locating packages through the carrier.
