At OSleeve, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly, securely, and reliably as possible. We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Shipping Timeframes
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times:

USA: 1–3 business days

Canada: 7–14 business days

Australia & New Zealand : 10–20 business days

UK & Europe: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or public holidays.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. OSleeve is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking status says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Double-check your mailbox, front door, and surrounding areas.

Check with neighbors or building managers.

Contact your local postal carrier — they often scan as delivered before final drop-off.
If your package is still missing after 3 days:

Submit a Missing Mail Report with your local carrier.

Important:
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Responsibility transfers once tracking confirms delivery. However, we want to help — see below for how we handle these cases.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. If selected, this covers:

Refused or Returned Shipments
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or customs non-payment, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and will receive a refund minus those costs.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you made an error, contact us immediately at [Insert Email] — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to being undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed at customs), we will contact you. Reshipping fees may apply. Refunds, if requested, will exclude original shipping costs.
