Cancellations

If we have not fulfilled your order yet, it's a fairly straightforward process to cancel your order, but it must be done promptly as our fulfilment team has a 12-24 hour turnaround time. Please email us at hello@osleeve.com or follow the prompts via the chat bubble to the lower right of the screen. 

If we have fulfilled or shipped your order, then you will need to contact us to process a return.

Returns

Return rules summary

  • Returns accepted for 30 days
  • Customer covers return shipping costs
  • 20% restocking fee for 'change of mind' situations
  • No final sale items

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. We reserve the right to reject a request if the OSleeve has been used in a way it was not designed for or if it's simply a 'change of mind'.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@osleeve.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if it hasn't been delivered yet?

We do not recommend 'rejecting' the delivery as that puts the parcel in limbo. That means we can no longer see where it is and by experience, it will not automatically be returned to us. Since refunds are tied to returns successfully making their way back to HQ, this will create problems for you.

Refunds

Refund rules summary

  • Returns must be received to issue a refund
  • Unless we are 'at fault' the customer covers return shipping costs
  • Unless we are 'at fault' the original shipping cost is not refunded
  • Refunds for country-specific tariffs or taxes are non-refundable
  • 'Change of mind' returns incur a 20% restocking fee which will be taken off the refund

To be eligible for an automatic refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We do NOT refund shipping fees as that is a cost we cannot recoup once the item is actually shipped. Additionally, we do not refund any taxes or tariffs charged by customs. We cannot successfully run as a small company if we incur these unrecoverable costs. We are firm on this.

If you can provide a tracking number of the returning package, we will refund the order (less shipping) to your original payment method.

If you cannot provide tracking, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted (or tracking is provided), make a separate purchase for the new item. We can then process a return as per our normal policy above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns if the item has been exposed to hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
