To our customers,
We've had reports that some of you incredible people have (finally) received your order, after a long time in transit. It's such a relief for us to see them landing and to receive emails of delight from you (and photos!).
However, for others you're seeing "In-Transit" or "International Departure" on the tracking history...still.
The latest update from NZ Post says there can be up to 10 days additional delay to delivery...and that is completely out of our hands. We're almost at our wits end...but we are so close.
Just know that if you haven't received your order already, it should be landing in your country soon. From there, we hope it won't be too long for domestic delivery and you rocking your OSleeve too.
